1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personal care products, custom orders, or sale items, are non-returnable.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at bhadzki@gpdsonlineshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to discuss exchange options.
